Join Marriott International’s Voyage Program at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park to develop leadership skills in Food & Beverage Operations through hands‑on training and mentorship. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participate in real‑world assignments within Food & Beverage Operations at a Marriott‑managed hotel Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization Manage projects and people, improving processes and pitching new initiatives through Voyage projects Take on special projects drawing upon all training received Engage in mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines to learn various hotel functions Collaborate with Marriott senior leaders, coaches, and Voyage participants worldwide Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas and solutions About You The company is looking for candidates who have: Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary discipline) Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively Self‑management skills and a self‑starter attitude A genuine desire for personal and professional growth Work authorization in the country of application Training & Development 18‑month full‑time, paid leadership development program Hands‑on, discipline‑specific training combined with leadership‑focused curriculum Access to senior leaders, coaches, and social collaboration tools Exposure to multiple hotel disciplines through mini‑rotations Opportunities to provide feedback and influence future program curriculum Career Progression Preparation for supervisory or entry‑level management roles within Marriott Foundation for future leadership roles through comprehensive training and project experience How to Apply Submit an online application for the 2025 Voyage Program intake Complete a video interview upon successful application submission Wait for contact from the hiring team if shortlisted Note: Position is based at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park; Sydney Area Office location is for interview purposes only This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
