Join The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne’s 2025 Voyage Program to develop leadership skills in Rooms Operations within a global hospitality leader. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Cultivating customer relationships and championing innovation within the organization Participating in day-to-day hotel operations and management meetings Managing projects and people through mini-rotations across hotel disciplines Improving processes and pitching new initiatives via Voyage projects Taking on special projects that utilize training and leadership skills Collaborating with Voyage participants worldwide and providing feedback on the curriculum About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: Recent university or hotel school graduate (within the past year) or current student graduating within 12 months Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary discipline) Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude Strong desire for personal and professional growth Work authorization in the country of application Training & Development 18-month full-time, paid global leadership development program Hands‑on, discipline‑specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum Mentorship from Marriott senior leaders and coaches Exposure to multiple hotel functions through mini‑rotations Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants worldwide Career Progression Preparation for supervisory or entry‑level management roles within Marriott Foundation for future leadership and career growth in hospitality How to Apply Submit an online application for the 2025 Voyage Program intake Complete a video interview upon successful application submission Wait for contact from the hiring team if shortlisted Note: Position is based at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; Sydney Area Office location is for video interview and assessment only This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
