Join Marriott International’s 18-month Voyage Program at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park to develop leadership skills in Rooms Operations through hands‑on hotel experience. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization Gain exposure to managing projects and people Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project Take on special projects drawing upon all your training Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions About You The company is looking for: Recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or those graduating within 12 months of application Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary) Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively Self-management and self‑starter attitude Real desire for personal and professional growth Work authorization in the country of application Training & Development 18-month full‑time, paid leadership development program Hands‑on, discipline‑specific training combined with leadership‑focused curriculum Mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines to learn various hotel functions Access to Marriott’s senior leaders and coaches Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants Career Progression Preparation for supervisory or entry‑level management roles within Marriott Foundation for future leadership and management opportunities How to Apply Complete the online application and video interview upon submission Wait for contact from the hiring team if shortlisted Note: Position based at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park; Sydney Area Office location used for video interview and assessment This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
