Aboriginal Identified Senior Engineer - Water & Wastewater ) Parramatta, Sydney, Australia Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Aboriginal Identified Senior to Principal Level Engineer to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring future talent, and shaping sustainable infrastructure outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee technical delivery and design across projects. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project specifications. Contribute to EPCM and Design-Build projects (where applicable). Drive innovation and excellence in project outcomes. What we’re looking for: 10+ years’ industry experience (15+ years for Principal level) with proven leadership in water and wastewater projects. Strong technical delivery skills and advanced digital design capability. In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. A proven track record in mentoring and developing engineers at all levels. EPCM or Design-Build project experience (desirable).
