Are you a hands‑on HR Business Partner with strong operational and ER experience? Key Responsibilities: Provide generalist HR support and advice across a diverse workforce Coach managers on performance, development, IR/ER, and investigations Lead cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across key business units Partner with site‑based teams, unions, and reps to maintain strong industrial relations Support organisational change projects, including automation and transformation programs Drive improvements across HR systems, policies, and processes Our ideal candidate will have: Experience as a HR Business Partner in an operational, manufacturing, or unionised environment Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards, and EA negotiation Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business Experience managing both strategic initiatives and hands‑on HR delivery Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field Why Apply?
