This role focuses on providing strategic HR support and driving people-related initiatives to foster organisational success. Description Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders in alignment with organisational objectives. Develop and implement people strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and company policies. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and development. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Profile A successful People & Culture Business Partner should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HR systems and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
