ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about creating great workplaces and empowered teams across Australia and New Zealand. As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders to translate strategy into workforce outcomes. You'll combine strategic workforce planning, leadership enablement, employee relations, and operational delivery to support a positive employee experience and build leadership capability. What you’ll be doing : Guiding and coaching leaders through employment matters, with a focus on performance, conduct, and compliance Supporting organisational change and capability uplift, particularly around performance, an inclusive and member‑centric culture Leading initiatives that bring our people strategy to life—from onboarding through to retention and development Driving reskilling and learning efforts to future‑proof our people and help them thrive in a world shaped by AI and continuous change Bringing people data to the table to support better decisions and real outcomes ABOUT YOU This is your opportunity to be a true difference‑maker—someone who builds trust, uplifts others, and helps shape a future‑focused, values‑led culture. You don't need to tick every box—but if the following sounds like you, we'd love to korero : Proven HR business partnering experience (ideally 5+ years) Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law, workplace relations, and WHS frameworks Skilled in complex employee relations, change management, and workforce planning Confident in influencing and building trusted relationships with senior leaders Digitally fluent, with experience using HRIS and new technologies (including AI) Collaborative, committed to learning, and passionate about building a high‑performing culture You're comfortable stepping into ambiguity and influencing teams to embrace accountability, growth, and new ways of working Most importantly, you bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to create lasting change through people Qualifications : Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Human Resources or Business Professional membership / accreditation (HRNZ, CIPD, SHRM, AHRI) is desirable WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU When you join us, you become part of a values‑led organisation that cares deeply about its people.
