The Opportunity We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Tropicana Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent HR Business Partnering, this role will work closely with employees and leaders to deliver impactful people initiatives that align with our business strategy. Thinking FIFO? It’s not always what you imagine. Rosters like 4 days on, 3 days off (Monday to Thursday) mean shorter swings and more time at home. Accountabilities Provide accurate and timely people management advice and support for people leaders as required to ensure compliance with company, legislative and statutory requirements. Coach and partner with people leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution. Engage with key stakeholders to promote initiatives and outcomes that enhance attraction and retention. Partner with the Site Management Team on delivering key HR initiatives. Support with People and Capability initiatives across the site including diversity, inclusion and Health and Wellbeing. About you Several years experience in an operations-based HR generalist/advisor role Generalist experience in all areas of the Human Resources discipline i.e., industrial relations, organisational development, training and development, remuneration and benefits, as well as staffing (i.e., recruitment, selection, and placement) Experience within the mining or related industry would be advantageous Relevant degree/ qualification in HR or other relevant qualification or related experience Permanent work rights in Australia Current C class Manual Driver’s License.
