About the Role A highly respected, long-established Australian business in the consumer goods sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a 12-month period of maternity leave. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars including meetings, appointments, events, and calls. Prioritise and coordinate shifting demands with minimal disruption. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and briefing documents. Ensure timely and appropriate access to senior executives. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information. Assist with ad hoc and personal tasks when required. Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Allocate and monitor corporate event ticketing. Communication Management Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and documentation. Manage and respond to email inbox communication as appropriate. Facilitate clear communication between executives and internal teams. Travel Coordination Organise and book domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare comprehensive itineraries and resolve travel-related issues. Complete travel diaries and reconciliation tasks. About You You are polished, adaptable and confident supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment. 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or similar environment. Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information. Outstanding organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate needs. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools. CRM experience is an advantage. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy. Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities.
