The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in managing bookings for tours, packages, hosting, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our tourism activities offered by Microflite. Microflite are recruiting multiple Casual and Permanent team members to join us. Manage bookings for tours, packages, and major events with precision and accuracy. Prepare quotes, maintain schedules, and coordinate passenger manifests. Partner with operations staff, pilots, and third‑party providers to ensure seamless, premium experiences are delivered. Handle inquiries, payments, and customer concerns with professionalism and care. Welcome clients warmly to our premium lounges, tailoring their experience to their personal needs and preferences. Ensure our lounges, helipads, and reception areas reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence. What You’ll Bring: Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
