Business Manager, Personal Injury | As the Injury Management Specialist , you will take ownership of end-to-end injury management and recovery processes across a diverse workforce. You will influence early intervention pathways, support employees through tailored plans, and collaborate closely with leaders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes. Role Responsibilities Manage all aspects of injury management, including early intervention, needs assessments, and proactive worker support. Develop, monitor, and update tailored Return to Work Plans aligned with medical advice and workplace capability. Ensure compliance with workers compensation and WHS legislation across multiple States. Liaise with internal stakeholders, treating practitioners, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to coordinate effective recovery pathways. Maintain accurate data, reporting, and case management systems, providing insights to senior leaders on trends and opportunities. Identify process improvements, support policy development, and contribute to a positive safety and wellbeing culture.
