SHE Business Partner - National Health & Injury Management Specialist Rentokil Initial is a global leader in providing essential services that protect people and enhance lives. We are seeking a proactive National Health & Injury Management Specialist to support our Line Management and SHE Business Partners. This leadership role involves developing, implementing, and improving the organization's injury management framework, ensuring best practices in prevention, management, and return-to-work processes for employees with work‑related injuries. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on injury management, legislation, and workplace safety, aiming to drive positive outcomes and foster a SHE culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide expert injury management advice and support to all stakeholders. Build relationships with internal teams (SHE Business Partners, HR, Legal) and external partners (regulatory bodies, medical providers, insurers). Analyze injury data to identify trends, insights, and report KPIs to senior management. Lead and support return‑to‑work processes, developing RTW Plans collaboratively. Contribute to injury prevention and early intervention strategies. Engage management to promote commitment to injury management. Maintain SHE records and documentation (e.g., Certificates of Capacity, RTW Plans). Assist with claims management and promote effective injury management benefits. Foster a SHE culture aligned with company values and promote positive behaviors. Facilitate meetings with SHE teams, line managers, and injured workers. Ensure timely lodging and follow‑up of claims. Perform other duties as required.
