Senior Content Designer / Technical Writer We’re partnering with a global Fortune 500 SaaS leader powering financial confidence for millions of customers worldwide. They’re seeking a Senior Content Designer to elevate the quality, clarity, and performance of self-help content across web, in-product, chatbot, and support channels. This 12-month contract is based in Sydney’s CBD with hybrid working (3 days in office). You’ll join a design-driven Customer Success organisation focused on helping customers solve problems independently through intuitive, accessible, expertly crafted content. What You’ll Do Create, edit, and optimise high-impact self-help content including articles, FAQs, workflows, and in-product messaging Audit and refine existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, discoverability, and customer outcomes Use analytics, VOC data, and behavioural insights to understand customer intent and prioritise improvements that reduce assisted contacts Partner with UX, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure content aligns with product releases and customer journeys Contribute to content systems: templates, taxonomies, metadata, localisation processes, tagging frameworks Support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement to enhance self-help engagement and effectiveness Use basic web and design tools to build layouts, embed visuals, and structure content for digital experiences What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or digital self-help content, ideally in SaaS or fintech Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, actionable guidance Strong knowledge of content design methodologies, IA, and user-centred design Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, WordPress) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) Familiarity with SEO and structured content Excellent written communication and attention to detail Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret analytics and customer feedback Comfort using AI tools to support productivity Ability to work in fast-moving, agile environments with multiple content streams Why You’ll Love It Partner with one of the world’s most recognised global SaaS brands Join a collaborative, customer-obsessed digital experience team Hybrid flexibility with a supportive, inclusive workplace culture Opportunity to drive tangible impact on customer satisfaction and digital transformation Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Writing/Editing, Project Management, and Information Technology Industries: Accounting, Software Development, and Financial Services Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Base pay range: A$170,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Contract length: 12 months (Hybrid – 3 days in office) If you’re a content designer who thrives on solving customer problems through clear, intuitive, high‑performing content, apply today with your CV and portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
