Content Designer – Westpac Join to apply for the Content Designer role at Westpac. Location: Sydney-based role Contract: 9‑Month Max Term Contract On‑site Requirement: 3‑4 days in the office per week About the Role As a Content Designer, you’ll create clear, effective content that simplifies complex experiences for all users. Your work ensures customers and team members can achieve their goals with ease while supporting transformation initiatives that deliver real value. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to solve problems and develop practical solutions. You’ll own content design decisions, share work for feedback, engage in workshops and design sessions, use insights from research and data to inform content strategies, improve workflows, and contribute to the enterprise design system with content guidelines and patterns. Key Responsibilities Develop and own content design decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to devise practical solutions. Share work for feedback and participate in engaging workshops. Inform content strategies using research and data insights. Improve workflows and processes and contribute to design system guidelines. Mentor peers, share knowledge and champion best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting. Familiarity with designing for back‑office services or applications is highly valued. Ability to use data and research to guide and evaluate content design decisions. Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business.
