About the role: We are seeking a Planning Administrator with experience in residential development – to join our valued team. The key focus of this role is administering all DA projects (generally single residences) through the regulatory approval process. You will be supported by, and report to, the Pre‑Construction Manager. Key tasks will include: Establishing and maintaining a database of relevant planning controls. Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects. Submission of applications to councils. Responding to RFI's from councils. Internal document administration. Assisting in the delivery of planning advice to the drafting and sales teams. About you: Qualification (or working towards) in Town/Urban Planning would be highly regarded but not essential. Understand local council and approval processes. Experience in residential development is desirable. Meticulous, high attention to detail, and eager to learn. Great time management and computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the sales team and clients. Punctual, confident, and willing to learn new processes.
