Following a remarkable surge in new memberships, we are seeking a Membership Executive to join our professional and service-driven team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering exceptional customer service while supporting our growing membership base and ensuring a seamless experience for all. About the Role This is a key frontline position responsible for delivering an exceptional membership experience, ensuring accuracy across membership records, and supporting the Club’s continued growth. The role suits someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and genuinely takes pride in their professionalism with strong administrative foundations. About You You are a polished and dependable professional who thrives in a service-focused environment. You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and discretion. You communicate clearly, present professionally at all times, and understand the importance of accountability and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to members across all stages of their Membership journey at our Club from new membership applications from enquiry through to onboarding and retention of highly valued relationships through renewals, access, bookings, and general enquiries. Conduct professional Club orientation tours. Maintain accurate membership records and generate reporting to track key membership metrics. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely management of member accounts in line with Club processes. Support member events, activations, and engagement initiatives. Utilise CRM systems including Active Campaign, Northstar or similar. Work closely with Stakeholders to resolve member enquiries efficiently and with discretion. Key Capabilities Exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure. Professional personal presentation. High level of organisational and time management abilities with strong administrative foundations. Strong sense of accountability. Position Requirements Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service or membership-based role. CRM experience preferred but not mandatory with training provided to our systems as part of your Onboarding. Sales, Membership and/or marketing experience highly regarded.
