Te Haeata/The Opportunity As Executive Assistant to the Chief and Deputy Chief Coroner, you will operate at the heart of the Office of the Chief Coroner. You will provide high‑level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief and Deputy Chief Coroner and contribute to the effective day‑to‑day operation of the Coroners Court. Job Description You will manage confidential correspondence, coordinate diaries, arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare materials for senior level meetings. Your attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential as you support judicial‑related activities and maintain robust information management systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. Resilience and discretion, being able to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic information. Proven experience supporting senior managers or executives, with advanced administrative and secretarial skills.
