Then we are looking for you.As the Head of Change, you will be responsible for providing strategic, policy and governance leadership on change across NAB. As the custodian for the enterprise-wide change framework, this includes oversight of comprehensive and fit-for-purpose change strategies as well as driving successful change governance and adoption of change initiatives. Part of the Organisational Effectiveness function, this role is a critical enabler of Group strategy supporting the change strategies, approaches and interventions within P&C out into the enterprise. Further you will be responsible for bringing the enterprise change community and NAB together to collaborate and share best practice organisational change management disciplines and governance to continuously improve how we tackle change.We are excited about what is to come and we are looking for great talent to join our amazing team and help to lead us through our change initiatives.What you will be doingThis role will lead a team to deliver strategy, policy and governance capability and support change delivery for all NAB colleagues. This will be achieved through:Applying strategic change management advice to help shape and define what change at NAB should look likeProviding leadership and guidance on navigating change governance, including recommendations for continuous improvement to uplift change delivery?Owning and improving NAB’s enterprise change management framework including ongoing alignment to the Domain Operating Model and Change Risk processesPartnering with divisional representatives to bring change insights that ignite new ideas & innovations? – targeting simplification/efficiencyEnsuring the right workforce mix and capability to meet deliverables within your Division/Domain?Providing people leadership and coaching to change practitioners, building engagement and uplift in capabilities aligned to best practice change management practices?Advancing maturity of change across NAB – including approach, tools, standards, capability, metrics and minimising change resistance across high impact stakeholder groups.What you will bring8+ years’ experience working within similar sized company in cross-functional environmentA proven leader with the ability to execute strategically and tactically, lead a team of change experts and consistently drive the team to deliver to best practice?Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies?Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholdersDemonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practicesAbility to lead others and manage ambiguity with a strategic mindset that anticipates future challenges and is laser focussed on outcomesData driven decision making, aligned to risk profiles and appetite. Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisionsCommunicating in a clear and succinct manner by actively listening and adapting communication to suit the audience?Ability to articulate and rank competing priorities, distributes resources to align with strategic plans and prioritiesAdapting personal style and communication to influence decisionsInclusion and DiversityWe know that our people make us who we are.
