We are looking for 1 x Packaging Operator (Internal Job Title is Brewery Technician) to join the Packaging Team in O'Connor on a Permanent full-time basis You will bring your passion, values, and willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of production. Working alongside our passionate and empowered team, you will learn Brewing and Packaging best practices and foster a love of Beer In addition, we welcome applications from recent graduates with science or engineering degrees, as we believe their knowledge and fresh perspectives can contribute significantly to our team. The role operates (24/5) across two weekly rotating shifts (AM & PM). Some of the skills you will bring to the role: Previous manufacturing, brewing and/or packaging/production exposure (preferred, but not essential) LEAN manufacturing knowledge and experience will be highly regarded A background in science, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar is desirable. Willingness to take Initiative and contribute where required.
