If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you’ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You’ll deepen the team’s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Our 131-place centre features eight bright, purpose‑built rooms —each with its own age‑appropriate playground and natural play spaces designed to spark imagination and discovery. Work in a full‑time capacity from Monday – Friday between 6am – 6pm. Coach, mentor and inspire educators to build confidence in planning, documentation, and reflective practice. Champion the Early Years Learning Framework and embed ACECQA’s National Quality Standard across our programs. Facilitate reflective discussions and team learning to strengthen pedagogy and practice. Lead with curiosity, researching and exploring innovative strategies that enhance learning outcomes for children.
