The Role We’re looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to lead and manage our maintenance team at the Kwinana Grain Terminal, on a full‑time basis. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of experienced Electrical and Mechanical technicians, managing both preventive and corrective maintenance operations while championing continuous improvement, safety and cost‑effectiveness across the entire equipment lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Execute maintenance schedules, lead Supervisors and the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimise downtime Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly Manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs and optimise resource allocation Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, spare parts and service agreements Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff About you: Trade or engineering qualification in mechanical/electrical discipline with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems Proven experience in maintenance leadership within industrial or manufacturing environments Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively Commitment to safety and compliance standards 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana Experience with reliability‑centered maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies Why work with CBH?
