Position Overview: The Sales role will be helping our team drive sales, exceed targets and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Offer great customer service, aligning with our core values Effective, clear communication with and qualifying of customers Present product options relevant to customers needs Manage leads and develop quotes in our POS system Follow up quotes, identify and resolve issues to generate sales Assist to maintain samples and showroom Skills Needed Drive to achieve and close sales, motivated to achieve sales targets, strong follow up skills. Computer ability- learn and adapt for in house specific software Willingness to be part of the team Sales experience an advantage. Interior Design skills or colour knowledge would be advantageous. The work week will be 5 days per week some Saturdays required.
