Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, this role focuses on providing essential administrative support and managing workflow distribution between the Sales, Estimating and Drafting departments. More specifically, you will: Ensure documentation received from the sales team is accurate, complete and ready for the appropriate team members to work on Create new jobs in BusinessCraft software and monitor the progression Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of jobs throughout the department Order and assess the required statutory reports ensuring they are obtained in a timely manner and follow up on reports with external stakeholders as required Review workflow allocations and monitor reports to ensure deadlines are met Issue approved documentation to the Sales Team Provide other general administrative assistance to the Sales Estimating team About you Administration experience is desirable – some training will be provided Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to manage and prioritise tasks Have a can‑do and collaborative attitude Eager to work amongst a busy, friendly and fun admin team Efficient and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast paced environment A keen interest in the residential construction industry Interested?
