We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our Team in Tomago NSW . You will be working as part of an established team assisting in the smooth and accurate running of the administration function while following company policies and procedures. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing inquiries. You will be working as part of an established team assisting in the smooth and accurate running of the administration functions. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Producing high volume job specific quotes, costings and invoicing Site inductions Accounts payable – processing purchase orders Accounts receivable – managing invoicing of jobs Ability to find and resolve any discrepancies on purchase orders or invoices Answer and redirect calls Maintain accurate and effective record management systems Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare reports and presentations as required Maintain & update company databases Maintain confidentiality of company documents Distribute and file correspondence Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events Complete other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, scanning and filing Qualifications At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role Ideally completed tertiary studies in Business Administration Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (MS Excel and MS Word specifically) Self-motivated, good problem-solving capabilities with the ability to multitask Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously High level of organisational and time-management skills Strong knowledge of MS Office applications Other This is a permanent full-time role, based at our facility in Tomago, NSW.
