We’re looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Marketing & Content Manager to lead, produce and deliver Frost*’s marketing activity — from strategy through to execution. This is a role for a maker: someone who loves crafting content, building communications strategies and seeing ideas come to life across every channel. What you’ll do Develop and execute Frost*’s marketing and content strategies across the Sydney and London studios. Create and share content across digital, social, PR, awards, EDMs, events and more. Build and implement smart distribution strategies to get Frost*’s stories in front of the right audiences. Lead the growth and monetisation of the Design Your Life podcast. Plan and deliver events such as deFrost* lunches and roundtables. Collaborate with BD and Client Services to generate opportunities and measure impact. What you’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in marketing within design, architecture, property or related creative industries. Proven ability to create and deliver campaigns that drive brand growth and business outcomes. Strength in content development, communications strategy and storytelling. Excellent writing and editing skills; confident producing across channels. Organised, proactive and commercially aware, with an eye for design and detail.
