Learn more about us: About the Role: As a Coordinator Employment Services , you will lead the delivery of integrated case management, community project coordination, and site operations across remote Job Pathways locations. Working on a rotational roster, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership while supporting job seekers into meaningful employment and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal communities, employers, and local stakeholders. Your work will include: Conducting strengths‑based, culturally safe assessments. Developing personalised Job Plans and supporting job seekers to become job‑ready. Coordinating community‑based projects that support skill development and community priorities. Leading remote site operations and supporting culturally diverse teams. Building strong relationships with community leaders, employers, and partner organisations. Ensuring compliance with contractual, reporting, and safety requirements. Impact: Work that directly improves employment pathways and strengthens communities. 5 weeks annual leave, Salary sacrificing, Annual Health and Wellbeing allowance & Access to Confidential Employee Assistance Program Roster Overview This position follows an 8‑cycle rotational roster across 48 weeks, providing a balance of remote community work, time in Kununurra, and dedicated rest periods. 4 weeks on‑site in Balgo, working closely with community, staff, and job seekers 2 weeks off‑site Off‑site time alternates between: 2 weeks working in Kununurra, then Annual Leave: Equivalent to 8 weeks of leave annually, when combined with R&R cycles Flights are fully covered, and accommodation and vehicle use are provided while in Balgo and Kununurra. What We’re Looking For: Experience in remote or regional communities (preferably Aboriginal communities). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness. Case management or project delivery experience (or both). Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine commitment to community impact. Other Requirements: Ability to travel by road or air and stay in remote communities. National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain). WA Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
