Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which Australia plays a critical role. We have taken over this market from our distributors, so that we can run them directly and drive strong growth, behind innovation and investments. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney, Australia. Position Overview As a Shark Brand Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Shark’s consumer marketing in Australia. You’ll own campaign development, creative execution, media integration, and product storytelling across Shark’s portfolios. You’ll work hand-in‑hand with global teams, local agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact. Brand Strategy & Planning Support development and execution of Shark’s brand plans and agency briefing frameworks. Build data‑driven marketing plans and briefs, aligned to commercial priorities, consumer insights and market trends. Partner with global teams to localise global assets, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance. Campaign Development Lead all‑agency briefs and campaign rollouts for multiple product launches Manage cross‑agency collaboration from concept to execution, including ATL, Social, Influencer, PR and Activations. Work with and support the Retail team to ensure consistency of messaging and creative through‑the‑line. Media & Performance Partner with media team to build robust media plans and optimise media mix (Linear, BVOD/SVOD, social, digital). Track NPD and category performance on a regular cadence, share insights, and continually improve ROI. Support growth of always‑on content, influencer, and earned media strategies. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Commercial, Retail Marketing and the Consumer Insights team to ensure go‑to‑market excellence. Liaise with global brand teams to champion local needs and opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver toolkits, asset uploads, and retail alignment. Budget & Project Management Own and manage primary category responsibility for go to market commercial impact for both Core and New Product launches including budgeting responsibilities. Lead creative and production workflows to deliver assets that are on‑brand, on‑time, and on‑budget. Track and optimise local production costs, vendor relationships, and commercial impact to maximise return on spend. What requirements are we looking for? Strategic Brand Builder - 5+ years experience in brand or marketing within consumer electronics, beauty, lifestyle, or premium appliance brands, with a track record of driving growth and impact on business results. Creative Campaign Leader - Proven ability to lead integrated ATL and digital campaigns (OOH, BVOD/SVOD, social, influencer) Commercially Driven - confident using data and insights to inform creative, media, and investment decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborative Cross‑Functional Partner - Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and agencies across marketing, PR, media, retail, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution. Project Management - skilled in project and budget management, juggling competing priorities with precision, pace, and attention to detail. Innovative, Growth‑Mindset Thinker - passionate about creativity, problem‑solving, and building product and brands that disrupt categories, and connect emotionally with consumers.
