We strongly encourage applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQI+ individuals, people with disability, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.* Process memberships and registrations in a timely manner* Act as a point of contact for the Customer Support Team* Support with delivery of the coach communications strategy, including assistance with various marketing campaigns/projects* Work closely with the broader coach team to deliver on key operational objectives**About you***What you will bring to the role:** Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills* Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail**About the role** The Coach Membership Administrator will provide administrator support across the key functions of the coach member and program services team; including member processing, reporting and policy maintenance. Integral to this role will be providing 1-1 support for coaches in accessing and utilising member benefits and services. You will also use your excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a causal position, working approximately 30 hours per week. *In this role you will;*Ensure all processed memberships meet business and legislation requirements Provide excellent customer support to current and prospective coach members Provide 1-1 support for coaches in accessing and utilising member benefits (including online training for various tools) Experience in executing communication/marketing campaigns Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities Attractive leave benefits - with up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave for all primary caregivers and sorry business and ceremonial leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees As one of the biggest sporting organisations in Australia, it takes more than just tennis experts to keep things running at Tennis Australia, our state-based Member Associations and all our tennis events.We employ passionate people from various fields including: sports administration, coaching, media, legal, finance, information technology, marketing, sponsorship, people and culture, broadcast, events and ticketing.The ball is in your court#J-18808-Ljbffr
