Manage end-to-end import freight forwarding operations with a focus on accuracy, client service, and collaboration at SEAWAY, a trusted Australian logistics company. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Processing import bookings with accuracy and attention to detail Entering and maintaining data across logistics systems ensuring data integrity Managing all job steps including documentation, invoicing, and reporting within tight timeframes Coordinating inland transport and ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery Delivering high-level customer service to clients, partners, and internal teams Handling a high volume of emails and calls professionally and efficiently Collaborating with sales, account managers, and operations staff to meet client requirements Providing backup support to the team during peak seasons or staff absences Identifying and suggesting improvements to streamline workflows and systems About You The company is looking for: 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding preferred; recent graduates or those with relevant study/internships also welcome Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and organisational skills Ability to follow instructions and be an adaptable learner Good understanding of import documentation requirements or experience with CargoWise One is advantageous Compensation & Benefits Friendly and inclusive culture with a collaborative and welcoming team environment Exclusive discounts at 400+ retailers within the SEAWAY Group Work from home flexibility after successful completion of probation Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday Training & Development Ongoing professional learning and development opportunities Career Progression Internal opportunities within the SEAWAY Group How to Apply Forward your resume and cover letter.
