1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants kikki.K is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Product Coordinator to support our Product Team across end-to-end product development, data integrity, reorders, quality control, and internal communication. About The Role Manage SKU setup and maintenance in D365, ensuring accurate product data and timely purchase order creation and updates. Coordinate all incoming samples, courier shipments and business sample requests across Product, Marketing and E-Commerce. Support the Production Manager with reorders, supplier onboarding and SKU re-costing. Maintain compliance documentation including FSC, testing and chemical reports; support quality issue follow-up with suppliers. Assist with product development and sourcing, including packaging updates, new product briefs and supplier coordination. Communicate key product updates internally and provide product information to cross‑functional teams. Support shipping and supply chain processes by communicating delays and updating purchase orders as required. On‑site role 5‑days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. IDEAL CANDIDATE 2‑3 years’ experience in product coordination, product administration, or a similar role. A relevant tertiary qualification (design, product development, business, or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using D365. Product development or design experience (highly desirable). Adobe Illustrator skills (highly desirable). Strong multitasking ability and experience managing multiple ranges at once. Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
