Marketing Lead – Planning and Operations Join to apply for the Marketing Lead – Planning and Operations role at Spotlight Ltd Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH), Australia's iconic retail powerhouse (think Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs & Harris Scarfe), is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive planning and operations processes across the brand marketing team and support our local area marketing initiatives. You’ll orchestrate operational excellence, mentor a talented team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales. What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans including media planning to support the marketing function and deliver the rolling 12‑month Marketing trade plan. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize marketing processes and ensure timely delivery of materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals. Manage new store openings and support local marketing initiatives across multiple locations. Provide support to the Head of Marketing on various projects and initiatives. What We're Looking For You must have a minimum 3+ years of experience with marketing campaigns and/or project management with a passion for all things marketing operations and process. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Prior experience with Google Analytics is desirable. Agency experience will be beneficial. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools. Marketing or business degree preferred. What's In It For You?
