Marketing Lead – Planning and Operations Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH) , Australia's iconic retail powerhouse (think Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs & Harris Scarfe), is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive planning and operations processes across the brand marketing team and support local area marketing initiatives. You’ll orchestrate operational excellence, mentor a talented team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive sales. The Impact You’ll Make Strategic Planning & Finance: Develop and execute the comprehensive, rolling 12‑month Marketing Trade Plan, including essential media planning. Operational Leadership: Lead continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of materials. Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentor a talented team of 2 Marketing Coordinators and collaborate with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders to achieve marketing goals. Local Initiatives: Manage new store openings and support critical local area marketing initiatives across multiple locations. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and/or project management, with a passion for marketing operations and process. Commercial Acumen: Ability to deliver large‑scale marketing plans and campaigns (including media planning) while managing budgets and campaign numbers. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
