This is a key leadership position, reporting directly into the CEO, and responsible for the end-to-end service experience — including spare parts, repair, warranty support, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. The role is both strategic and operational, with a mandate to strengthen service delivery, grow revenue, and build long-term customer loyalty across Australia and New Zealand.
