Join us as an Accounts Director to feel empowered by career growth opportunities in a people-first environment.Position Summary:Rise with us and be responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potentialDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market informationSupport the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experienceUse negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contractsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive
