Colourgyp Creatives is a Sydney‑based creative education company delivering mobile, on‑site art workshops for children across childcare centres, primary schools, and Vacation Care programs. We bring all materials, activities, and creative magic directly to each location. Our programs are high‑energy, hands‑on, and built to encourage expression, confidence, and exploration. Children engage in guided art projects such as tote‑bag design, paint n sip, clay sculpture, science and art, sensory play, and mixed‑media creations. Job Description This role involves delivering Colourgyp’s mobile creative programs at childcare centres, schools, and Vacation Care services across Sydney. You will travel to booked locations, set up the activity space, run a 1.5‑hour creative workshop, and pack down afterwards. Key Tasks Picking up workshop materials and transporting them to each location Setting up the workspace (tables, resources, examples, activity zones) Facilitating a fun, structured art session using Colourgyp’s lesson plans Engaging children with clear instructions, encouragement, and positive energy Maintaining a safe, inclusive environment Packing down materials and returning them after the session Representing the Colourgyp brand professionally Requirements Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) Driver’s licence and reliable car for travel between centres Confident communicating with children, teachers and educators Punctual, organised, and comfortable working independently Availability during school hours and school‑holiday periods Casual, flexible sessions suited to students All lesson plans, activities, and materials supplied Typical session: 45 min setup → 1.5 hr workshop → 45 min pack down (1‑2 sessions a day) Job Location Primary Schools & Childcares around the Greater Sydney region Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Artists and Writers #J-18808-Ljbffr
