Location: Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC | Department: Transformation and Technology We're on the lookout for a hands‑on Test Manager for a month contract to help drive quality across our MIPS Transformation Program. This is a big one — we're replacing legacy systems, migrating data, and integrating Enterprise Data platforms, i.e. Claims, Policy Admin, and more. If you love solving complex testing challenges, leading teams, and making sure things just work before go‑live, this could be your next project. About the Role Own and deliver the testing strategy across four transformation waves Lead and mentor test analysts while staying close to the tools Manage testing for legacy system retirement and new platform rollouts Oversee data migration, integration, UAT, performance, and compliance testing Ensure readiness for go‑live and compliance with APRA CPS230 and other regulations What You’ll Bring Strong experience leading testing in large transformation programs Deep technical knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and data platforms Great leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise‑grade security Why MIPS?
