Supervisor – Mechanical We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Mechanical for our Water Projects within Fulton Hogan Utilities, focusing on a newly awarded Sydney Water project. The role is initially based in Alexandria and will transition to Fairfield once the project begins. In this role you will be responsible for: Leadership of self‑perform and sub‑contracted work teams Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements including SWMS, WHS and other safety regulations Collaborating with multiple project personnel across mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines Conducting toolbox talks and pre‑start meetings Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery Inspecting daily work to meet plans, quality, and project standards Identifying issues arising on site and problem‑solving promptly Planning, calculating, and monitoring daily costs of resources to stay within budget How you'll connect to the role: Experience with capital upgrades in Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Facilities Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site Strong people‑management skills and ability to develop effective teams Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on M&E and/or civil projects Proven work experience in similar positions for large construction/water utilities projects Full OH&S responsibility on site Positive attitude and ability to motivate trades and subcontractors Benefits and development opportunities Keen to progress your career?
