Clough is a project delivery company based in Perth, Western Australia, undertaking the CERES urea plant. We are recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee conveyor and materials handling activities on site. Key Role Details 19 : 9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA. Responsibilities Supervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including conveyor scope & associated activities. Ensure all mechanical work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Inspect mechanical installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements. Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues. Key Requirements Ability to work on a 19 : 9 rotation to site (Karratha). Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across mechanical / conveyor scope. Experience working on greenfield & brownfield projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure. A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills. 10+ years' experience in a Supervisory role. Benefits Exposure to a range of projects and industries across our operations.
