This ground-breaking infrastructure initiative is setting new benchmarks in sustainability and clean energy innovation.Your RoleWe are looking for a Senior Supervisor - Mechanical to lead mechanical construction activities during the installation and commissioning phases of the project. You’ll be a key player ensuring that mechanical works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec—while helping shape the future of renewable energy in AustraliaKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily site-based mechanical construction activities Ensure compliance with McConnell Dowell’s Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan Maintain strict HSE and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle Provide leadership to mechanical subcontractors and teams on site Collaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones About you:Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 8 years’ experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure or hydro projects In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environment Strong technical literacy—able to read and interpret construction drawings Solid understanding of integrated management systems and construction standards About UsMcConnell Dowell - Creative ConstructionOur purpose is Providing a Better Life.
