As an SEO Manager, you will take ownership of developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance website visibility. You will perform in-depth technical SEO audits to identify issues such as site speed, keyword gaps, and backlink quality, driving actionable improvements. Your responsibilities will include keyword research, gamification, on-page and off-page optimization, and ensuring technical compliance with search engine algorithms. In this role, you will work closely with web developers to implement technical optimizations, focusing on speed, structured data, and mobile responsiveness. You'll also collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are fully integrated into all aspects of digital strategy. Direct communication with clients is not the core focus of the role. Your technical expertise will be critical in monitoring and analysing SEO performance, generating detailed reports, and providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization. Additionally, you will provide technical SEO training to internal teams, mentor junior team members, and lead workshops to educate stakeholders on SEO principles. You will stay on top of industry trends, ensuring that all websites comply with the latest search engine guidelines and emerging technologies. This role is essential to driving measurable SEO performance and supporting business growth through advanced technical SEO practices. What you will need... 2+ years' experience in SEO Expertise in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs Strong experience in mentorship and team management Exceptional ability in developing and executing SEO strategies, with experience setting both short-term and long-term SEO goals Advanced technical SEO optimization skills Experience implementing SEO strategies for large, global audiences Exposure to working with multiple high-end brands Expertise in analysing SEO performance metrics and delivering insights Collaborating with cross functional teams Expertise in on page and off page SEO It’s nice to have...
