Are you ready to take ownership of SEO across 19 ecommerce websites and help shape the digital future of some of Australia’s most iconic brands? As our SEO Manager, you’ll lead the SEO roadmap, combining technical optimisation, content, CRO/UX, and product feeds to drive organic growth, visibility, and revenue across Brand Collective’s portfolio. This is a hands‑on role with strategic impact, perfect for a technically strong SEO expert who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves turning data into commercial outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Set the SEO Roadmap – Define and deliver the group SEO strategy, establishing clear KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion. Drive Technical Excellence – Conduct SEO audits, optimise Shopify CMS and site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and manage structured data. Lead Content & Product Feeds – Build seasonal SEO content calendars, manage optimised content production, oversee Google Merchant Centre and Shopping feeds, and enhance Google Business Profiles. Enhance Experience & Conversion – Audit and improve websites with a focus on CRO and UX, collaborating with design and digital teams to strengthen customer journeys. Analyse & Report – Own SEO reporting across GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs and feed platforms, delivering actionable dashboards and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate & Educate – Partner with brand managers, marketers, and ecommerce teams to embed SEO into campaigns and launches, while acting as the subject‑matter expert across the group. Stay Ahead of the Curve – Monitor algorithm changes, experiment with AI‑driven tools, and adopt new SEO technologies to maintain competitive advantage. ABOUT YOU You’re an SEO leader who blends technical know‑how with commercial acumen. You thrive in ecommerce environments, love solving complex problems, and know how to influence stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
