Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Contract) Are you a marketing and communications powerhouse with a passion for luxury fashion? FENDI Australia is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to elevate our brand and drive business growth As a key player in our team, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute innovative marketing and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines. You'll be instrumental in shaping FENDI's presence in Australia, from supporting client recruitment and retail initiatives to fostering strong relationships with media and key opinion leaders. This exciting opportunity involves: Spearheading marketing and communications activities across Australia. Collaborating with retail boutiques and regional teams to amplify brand reach. Driving client recruitment activities in partnership with retail and the Marketing Manager. Ensuring all brand executions adhere to FENDI's guidelines. Strategising with Retailer Marketing teams to boost boutique visibility and foot traffic. Press/ PR: Championing all PR activities and securing impactful editorial coverage, both online and offline. Coordinating captivating in-store animations and brand events to maximize awareness. Cultivating relationships with top-tier media, celebrities, and Key Opinion Leaders to generate positive publicity. Managing press rail coordination and supporting talent projects. Building a robust network of external stakeholders, including journalists, celebrities, and influencers. Providing weekly activity reports to showcase market impact. Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to the Marketing and Communications department. Maintaining and updating vital marketing databases. Assisting in the creation of compelling reports, presentations, and brand materials. Coordinating the timely processing of invoices related to marketing and communications activities.
