About the role Reporting to the manager on shift, we are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Attendants to work on our reception part‑time. The overall purpose is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You will work in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceed expectations. Key Priorities Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests Effectively communicate with all patrons and staff Provide assistance to customers at any point during their visit Initiate membership sign‑up and renewal accurately Keep up to date on all Club services including food offerings, functions and entertainment Maintain a professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers The Candidate A genuine desire to help people have a great experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet Enthusiasm, drive and energy to create a wow factor that surpasses our customers’ expectations Benefits Discounted rates on meals Free gym membership at Norths Fitness Free onsite parking Dynamic, energized management team that embraces change and focuses on success Access to Norths Collective Academy Extensive training and development Work for a club that continues to reinvent its relevance to the local community If you have the enthusiasm, drive and energy to create the wow factor that surpasses our customers’ expectations and has them returning to the club again and again, we would love to speak with you.
