About the role We are recruiting an experienced Gaming Supervisor to lead a passionate team. The role of the Gaming Supervisor is to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained, whilst providing exceptional service experiences to our valued customers in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. This role works cohesively with our Gaming and Loyalty Teams. Your Key Priorities will be to: Training and Leadership of the team Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest experience; ensuring the environment for patrons is presentable, clean, comfortable and safe. Provide prompt, efficient service to patrons and guests Be knowledgeable of all current and upcoming promotions and events Maintain privacy and confidentiality on all aspects of financial, operational and patron affairs Ensure gaming machines and gaming floor compliance is maintained RGO responsibilities Workplace Health and Safety The Candidate Demonstrated leadership skills that motivate and energise teams Previous Gaming experience and/or a Leadership role Certificate IV in Hospitality (highly desirable) Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming certification (ARCG) Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (highly desirable) Ability to work flexible hours as the role includes days, evenings and weekend work Outstanding written and oral communication skills Discounted rates on meals Free gym membership at Norths Fitness Free onsite parking Birthday leave Dynamic, energised, management team that is embracing change and focused on success Access to Norths Collective Academy Extensive training and development Work for a Club that continues to reinvent its relevancy to its local community If you have the enthusiasm, drive and energy to create the wow factor that surpasses our customers' expectations and has them returning to their Club again and again, we would love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
