About the role: We are looking for energetic and motivated Cooks with pizza experience to join our team and work across our Sydney venues. Joining Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft and Seagulls Tweed Heads. Your Key Priorities will be to: Overseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of food Assisting the chef de partie where required Financial performance by maintaining proper portion and stock control to keep food costs down Creating tasting menus notes to provide to floor staff when changing the menu Maintaining clean and orderly workspaces Hygiene and food safety of the highest level in accordance with food safety guidelines and Club policies and procedures Actively driving and supporting a range of Work, Health and Safety Compliance activities Directing and supporting those in your team Training of junior kitchen team members demonstrated through policies and procedures and all training courses offered by Norths Collective Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders The Candidate: Experience in working with pizza - fresh dough and pizza cooking Understanding strict health and hygiene standards and Workplace Health & Safety legislation Experience in food quality control Capability to work a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays Passionate about producing great tasting, looking quality food Dynamic, energised, management team that is embracing change and focused on success Free gym membership at Norths Fitness Work for a Club that continues to reinvent its relevancy to its local community If you would like to bring your passion for food to an innovative and expanding hospitality group, please apply now We look forward to meeting you and having you join our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
