Compliance Officer - Fintech - Stockbroking Apply for a Compliance Officer role at OCG , a NASDAQ‑listed company headquartered in the U.S. with a growing global presence in Australia. As a Compliance Officer , you will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance team to provide advice and support across all compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and surveillance of various asset classes across global markets, including Australian and international equities, ETFs and derivative products (e.g., options, margin lending). Perform AML/CTF transaction monitoring. Undertake manual gap analysis testing and assist with remediation. Manage compliance incidents, breaches, and maintain key registers. Assist with complaints management and liaise with regulators where required. Work with global compliance teams and contribute to key projects. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ compliance experience in financial services/markets. Interest or experience in digital assets. Exposure to trading environments and familiarity with surveillance systems (e.g., NASDAQ Smarts). AML transactional monitoring experience. Ability to draft policies and procedures.
