About The Role Based in our Bassendean facility, the full‑time Brew & Cellar Manager is responsible for a wide range of technical and managerial tasks including overseeing the brewing and cellar daily operations and processes, leading team members to efficiently meet production requirements. In this role, you will spend most of your time in the brewery and cellar areas of the facility, ensuring that all health, safety and brewing processes are running smoothly. Deliver the required brewing schedule that has been set out by the Supply Chain Manager and ensure it is adhered to. Coordinate and maintain brewery‑based communications using objective daily communications, shift handovers and visual management processes to ensure day‑to‑day operations are completed effectively. Ensure wort specifications and target efficiencies are met, working closely with the quality team to monitor and improve. Adhere to yeast plans and quality management programs. Assist the Supply Chain Manager in carrying out daily/weekly meetings with brewery team members. Lead team members on the brew floor, either directly or via the communication chain of command; clearly communicate directions to colleagues and inspect the quality of their work. About You To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have a passion for all things beer and a minimum of 3 years commercial brewery experience. Have a ‘can‑do’ attitude to completing tasks and a good human who supports the team culture. Hold a valid Forklift Licence. Have certification in lab operations (beer‑related preferred). Be a team player who actively wants to work in an ambitious business within a production environment. Have experience working with brewery software including EKOS, Xero, and inventory‑based computer programmes. Most importantly, you’ll be a good person and an ambassador of the brand who deserves to join this exceptional team.
