This role will lead outreach efforts to connect rough sleepers with the right support, guide and mentor frontline staff, and provide expert advice on client safety. You will also help foster a safe, inclusive, and trauma‑informed team culture. Here you can thrive in an environment where you can make a positive impact on the community. This is a full time (1.0 FTE) maximum term position until 30 June 2027 and includes flexible options to help you balance work around life. Skills And Experiences What you will bring To be successful in the role you will have : Tertiary degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Counselling and/or significant relevant experience Demonstrated experience working with marginalised and disadvantaged groups Demonstrated case management skills and ability to assess, advise, support and refer clients Understanding of the issues affecting people experiencing rough sleeping Skills in following safety procedures and dynamic risk assessments The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Drivers Licence and a WA Working with Children Check. A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us.
