We currently have a position at our Batemans Bay team for an experienced Full Time Customer Service Officer. As a Customer Service Officer , you will be required to: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests. Handle customer orders, including processing, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery. Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate product information and pricing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. About You You will be someone who is approachable and prides themselves on providing excellent service and working as a team. In addition you will also have: Previous experience in a customer service role. Desirable but not essential, experience and knowledge of building products. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A proactive and customer-oriented approach. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
