What You’ll Do As a Risk Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing strategic decision‑making and helping them navigate risk and compliance with confidence and clarity. Your key responsibilities will include: Embedding and operationalising Tabcorp’s enterprise risk and compliance frameworks Supporting risk identification, understanding of key compliance obligations and driving the development and implementation of controls Conducting root cause analysis of incidents and driving continuous improvement Leading risk governance forums and preparing insightful risk reporting for senior stakeholders Providing strategic risk advice on key change initiatives Uplifting risk capability and awareness across the organisation What You’ll Bring You’re a strategic, commercially minded risk professional who thrives on building relationships and simplifying complexity.
